Sue Jackson has decided to resign from her position as the Member-At-Large representative on the Church Council. Per the Constitution, this position will be up for re-election at the February, Annual Congregational meeting. During the interim, the Constitution directs the Church Council to fill the vacancy by appointment. Therefore, the council unanimously agreed to appoint the next highest receiver of votes at last February's annual meeting for this position. Our thanks go out to Tim Johnson for agreeing to serve as the next Member-At-Large representative on the council. Tim has been an active member of King of Kings for over 11 years along with his wife, Melissa, and their three girls, Hannah, Ashley and Aleah.

The role of Leadership in the church comes in many forms.
From the Pastors, Church Council Members, Ministry Team Leads and more. This section will give you an overview of the council, a listing of current council members, ministry team leads and how to reach any of them.
The Church Council may charter it, but the Ministry Teams "make it happen."
The Ministry Teams are the nuts and bolts, the doers who get the job done!
Participation in a Ministry Team can be a very satisfying and fulfilling experience. The variety of Ministry Team work has areas of interest open for nearly everyone. One can have excellent fellowship with other church members and their families and get to know them better and one can contribute significantly to the work of the church by serving on a Ministry Team.
Leadership development and a more intimate knowledge of church work can all add up to a wonderfully satisfying experience to complement Sunday participation in church service and communion.
